Safety
We place the highest possible priority on the safety of our customers, our employees, and other contractors with which we work.
The fabs, sub-fabs, data centers and interstitial areas are incredibly tight working environments. The potential for accidents increases exponentially as these areas become crowded. We are especially proud of our relationship with other contractors working together under extreme circumstances.
In working to maintain a safety-conscious culture, our dedicated safety team implements the following:
- All field employees are SSTA certified (16 hours safety training/updated every 3 years)
- Submit to random drug screening and background checks
- All our foremen are certified in NFPA 70E arc flash protection
- Hold weekly jobsite safety meetings
- All incidents are thoroughly recorded and investigated
- We offer a well structured return to work program when needed
